The ETS At-Home 3-Month Training Program is designed for all fitness levels, with programs specially targeted to youth from ages 8 to 18. 

Training is comprehensive - from workouts and nutrition tips to progress reports and your own dedicated ETS trainer to help you stay on track. Trainers work directly with clients through each phase of their programming.

Program Summary

Maintaining & improving physical conditioning throughout this time of isolation can be achieved through a well-guided training program. Programs are designed to enhance performance through stability, strength, power, and speed training using minimal equipment and body weight exercises designed to be completed in the comfort of your own home. 

Each week consists of 5-training sessions: 3 training days that can be completed at home and 2 speed days to be completed outside or at a nearby field. Each training session is broken down into a warm up comprising ground mobility, core activation and dynamic movement prep, along with a workout phase that concludes with a method of conditioning.

Duration: 3 months (April 13 - July 13) 

Cost: $180 ($36 back to your team on FlipGive)

Length of workout:  45 minutes - 1 hour (age / level dependent)

Space Requirements: 8 x 8 (feet)

Equipment Requirements: body weight / minimal equipment  


Program Delivery  

Upon purchase, you’ll receive the following activation instructions enclosed in your email receipt.

Step 1: Follow the “Set Up Your Athlete Profile Now” link.

Step 2: Complete the questionnaire in fine detail. Your ETS trainer relies on this information when building your program. Once programs are built, your trainer will send you a welcome email introducing themselves and then provide final activation steps. 

Step 3: Review ETS's welcome email and follow the prompts to get started!
